Position Summary:
Join us as we launch and develop a new line of natural nutraceutical ingredients targeted to the dietary supplements industry in your territory. You will be responsible for building and growing the nutraceutical client portfolio and associated sales, actively promoting our ingredients through customer meetings, calls, and industry trade shows.
This is a fully remote role, ideally based out of California or Utah. You will work closely with our local U.S. team based in New York City, and occasionally with the French headquarters team.
This role is expected to start in October 2025.

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Product & market knowledge
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our natural ingredient portfolio and its scientific positioning.
- Understand market trends, customer needs, and product performance to effectively promote our ingredients to nutraceutical companies.
2. Customer relationships & lead generation
- Build and maintain a strong base of dietary supplement and nutrition customers through regular customer visits, calls, networking, and participation in trade shows.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and drive lead generation efforts.
- Sales support & project follow-up
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across internal teams
- Support customers throughout their development projects with regular follow-up
- Lead price updates and commercial negotiations as needed.
- Internal reporting & forecasting
- Prepare and manage accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
- Report on customer visits and opportunities in the CRM to ensure transparent tracking and follow-up.
Reporting
- This position reports to the Director North America, Active Ingredients.
Qualifications/Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales within the dietary supplement or nutrition industry.
- Solid understanding of the dietary supplement market and its players
- Comfortable with frequent travel across the assigned territory to meet customers and attend industry events.
- Technical background is strongly appreciated, or at least a good grasp of human biology, physiological targets, and product mechanisms of action.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; the company is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role.
Compensation & Benefits:
Our competitive compensation and benefits package includes the following (please note that the benefits listed are subject to change):
- Salary range of $90,000-$110,000 based on location, job-specific knowledge, education, skills and depth of professional experience.
